Poblacion Barangay Council awarded Asec. Alberto Suansing the Patubas it Poblacion Award in recognition of his achievements worthy of emulation by the younger generation.

The Council also declared that night Vice Governor Rhodora "Dodod" Cadiao as "Adopted Daughter of Barangay Poblacion, Anini-y."

Patubas it Poblacion Awardee Asec. Suansing performed the opening song for the Karaoke Idol Championship.

Eight competed in the Karaoke Idol Bulilit Category (14 years and below) and ten were in the Sikat Run Kami Category (15 years old and above).
